Whats the best thing i can do to get rid of these things. without doing braces... i should of thought of this a long time ago,,, now im 19 and dont know whats the best thing to do to get rid of them...

Reply:The only way to move your teeth is with braces, sorry, I know you probably wanted to hear something else. Why don%26#039;t you want braces? expense? pain? You are so young, now is a great time to get the beautiful smile you want. See an orthodontist. Maybe you can be treated with retainers. Usually braces are needed to correct anything other than minor tooth movement.
